Here are some of the common questions people have before they embark on therapy. Feel free to drop us a note if there are questions more unique to your needs.

  • Who is Mind Journey?
    We are a Singapore registered business (UEN T18LL0511F) located in Republic Plaza, Raffles Place providing counselling services to Singaporeans, Foreigners based in Singapore or individuals residing overseas (except USA & Canada). Our team is made up of both male & female Singaporeans who are actively practicing counsellors certified with a Masters Degree in Professional Counselling. We are able to conduct counselling sessions in English, Mandarin & Malay.
  • How much do you charge per session?
    Depending on the type of service, our fees start from S$50 per session. We also provide packaged rates with savings of up to 20% off our usual rates. Click here to view our rates.
  • How soon can I get an appointment?
    We are able to offer appointments within 24 to 48 hours. On some occasions, you may be able to get same-day appointments. Contact us online, call (65) 6610 9833 or WhatsApp (65) 9686 5664 for more information.
  • Can I make arrangements to meet my counsellor in my home?
    We currently do not provide inhouse counselling. However, if meeting us in our office is not convenient, you may opt for our remote service options like video chat, voice calls or text service. However, we encourage you to meet with your counsellor in person so that your counsellor is able to assess your needs more thoroughly in a safe and neutral settings. Also, as much as we love technology, the quality of internet connection is sometimes beyond our control.
  • I booked for a remote session with my counsellor.  Can I change my mind and meet in the office?
    Yes,  you can even make same day changes to your appointment. However, for our logistic purposes and to avoid any delay in commencing your session, kindly notify us at least 3 hours prior to your appointment time. Additional fees may apply according to the type of service required.
  • I want to protect my privacy. Can I remain anonymous?
    When you make an inquiry with us or on behalf of your loved ones, you can choose to leave out any personal information. However, safety of our clients is important to us and you will be required to provide your personal particulars, including an emergency contact once you engage our services.
  • Can I pay after the session?
    To ensure no appointments slots are wasted due to no-shows or last minute cancellations (less than 4 hours from appointment slot), we require all clients to make prepayments. A full refund will be made immediately should you change your mind and wish to cancel as long as it is within our cancellation policy terms.
  • I am a work permit holder working in Singapore. Can I still engage your service?
    Yes, our counselling services are open to everyone regardless of nationality and residential status in Singapore.
  • Do you have offices overseas?
    Our physical office is in Singapore at the moment but our services are open to our international clients (excluding USA & Canada) via our remote services.
